How do I access MUSC Printing Services website?

The MUSC Printing Services website is accessible to any MUSC user with a valid NetID and password.
After a recent major upgrade to our website, some users reported they could no longer use any saved bookmark links in their browsers to navigate to our website. Some users also reported that when they typed our website address in the URL bar, the browser would auto-fill an incorrect URL address and extension.
To fix this issue, you might try the following (in order):
1. If you are trying to use a saved link to our website from your Bookmarks or Favorites, you must either (1) delete it and create a new saved link or, (2) edit it to make sure it uses one of the following two URL’s:
- https://musc.rocsoft.com/ (if not connected to the MUSC secure network)
- https://printingservices.musc.edu/ (if connected to the MUSC secure network)
2. Clear the browsing history, cookies, site data, cache, and site settings in your browser.
- Depending on which browser you are using (e.g., Chrome, Edge, or Firefox), go to your browser’s settings and look under the privacy and security settings for the options for clearing your data.
- Delete the data for “all time” or “everything”
