What are the differences between PubMed and PubMed Central databases?

Answer

PubMed Central is a collection of just the free full text available from the National Library of Medicine. PubMed is the largest database of biomedical literature, roughly 28 million citations, and much of the full text is available to you through MUSC Libraries; it also includes the PubMed Central content.
