How do I stop the webpage from defaulting when requesting documents through Interlibrary Loan (ILL)/Document Delivery?

If the Interlibrary Loan (ILL)/Document Delivery request webpage defaults to the MUSC library page or defaults after filling out the online form, you should be able to fix the problem by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
To clear cache and cookies in Chrome:
1. At the top right of your Chrome browser, click "More "
2. Click "More tools," then "Clear browsing data"
3. To delete everything, select "All time"
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes
5. Click "Clear data"
To clear cache and cookies in Firefox:
1. Click the menu button and choose "Preferences"
2. Select the "Privacy and Security" panel
3. In the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click "Clear Data"
4. Click the check boxes beside "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" and hit "Clear"
To clear cache and cookies in Safari:
1. Click "Safari" in the upper left hand side of your screen and then select "Preferences"
2. Click the "Privacy" tab and hit the button "Remove All Website Data"
