Q. I am supposed to have access to library resources but cannot get in from off-campus.


Current students, staff and faculty not being able to access library resources from off-campus could be due to a number of problems. Please contact library staff at (843) 792-2381 or library-info@musc.edu so we can help troubleshoot the problem. To troubleshoot the problem yourself, you could first try to reset your NetID password. For UpToDate, ClinicalKey, and AccessMedicine, sometimes you have to create an account for those specific databases on-campus before being allowed to access them off-campus.
